Mistybenner's Logboek, 06 jun 16

First workout today, tris and chest. Has me doing 106 PU during the 48min session, 36 just in the warm up! Oh boy... I watched it this morning going to try it at 4. I broke it down 12 moves in all last two being min long dips and min long in and outs. All other sets are: 15 light, increase for 12, and 8 light 8 heavy. I'll start out lights 11#, 15# heavy then 25# heavy for the 8's. I'm going to die...up for the challenge. I got this!!!

yes it's not for beginners, I struggled with the push ups first couple weeks. I took PU out of the warm ups and just focused on stretching so tri's were not dead before the workout was over. You can download sheets that have every dvd broken out with exercise - sets and reps.

Yes push ups sorry. Thanks for the info! I can leave those out too since I do the 22Kill challenge now! ;) I'm glad I did the hammer and chisel first but I'm sure I'll be taking baby steps here on the Beast!

Whew thanks Warren! U r too buddy! I just completed the workout and my triceps really r on fire 💥 surprisingly, it went by fast!! Loved that. I thought it was going to drag on but, not the case at all. 89 days to go...

Now I'm drinking a nice (not so much) shake 2 cups kale, 24 frozen cherries, a scoop of protein, fiber, chia mix, 1/2c fat free cottage cheese, 3 ice cubes and a cup of unsweetened almond coconut milk. 😆

I think I saw that Beast Body DVDs on TV - so many of the moves look like the stuff we do at my gym...not all in the same workout though
