I normally weigh in on Mondays but I got a spur if the moment chance to go on 2 weeks leave to go visit the family which I am not going to give up. I started a 2 week diet and it went really well. will start it again when I get back... but I did learn something this time round tho. I have been battling to loose the weight even while on the diet and this time round ate more and the kilos came off easier. I have been eating too little. when I used to diet I get so in my head that I battle to make 1000cal per day. Now it feels like I'm stuffing my face (with healthy food) but am loosing more
87,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 27,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
