Vnilla i have tried so many of those diets and I have always failed. When I joined Fatsecret I decided i was not going to do any more diets, i was just going to change my eating habits and it has worked. I have lost 16kgs over the last 3/4 months.
By logging your food here it can help you plan your meals and it doesn't have to cost you a fortune either. Banting is excellent and works but I love my bread lol...
The best is to watch your sugar and carb intake try keep them as low as possible and together with exercise you will definitely lose. Logging your food also helps as it shows you all the hidden carbs and sugars you get in food.
