So I am back, have not recorded my eating over this weekend. It was bad though, birthday cake and drinks all weekend. Didn't get to do the 5 km due to the raining and got the flu as a result of the cold weather. Feel like crap today, but I need to get my head in the right place again. Going back to exercising today, only have a sore throat left from the flu and I am sure it will be gone soon. Also not weighing in this week... Hope you all have a happy week!

Welcome back Eliza. Don't be afraid to log your weight this week. Yes it might be a gain but it will motivate u to make the following week as a loss. The psychology of seeing a gain actually can help u focus better to improve. It's also good for future reference when u look back at a gain and take note of what caused it.
