This is the best TD ever! Thanks to my much smaller appetite I am only up 1/2 a pound from yesterday. I should be preggo and nauseous every holiday season! OK maybe not.... but I do want to learn how to curb my appetite post baby. It was actually easy to say no to stuff, for the first time ever.
