WOW - that would be terrific! I wish they'd stop bringing doughnuts every Friday - and "cake day" (for every conceivable reason, or for no reason at all) is killing me...LUCKILY, the bakery closest to my office is lousy, so it's not that difficult to say no to the cakes ;-)

Haha! good luck for you both! I have to say , at first they were teasing me about how strict I was , and they would take it personally when I say no to sweets they offer me, at first it was frustrating! But it only took a few weeks for them to see how different my body looks that they decided to make changes in their diets
