Grocery shopping finished. Went to whole foods for the first time ever. Lol. Got some stuff to make a couple different "muffins". My meal program is based off the 21 day fix, w the containers... I found some nice recipes to make so for this week it's turkey chili, tortilla pie, lasagna w ww pasta, zucchini pasta w chx, salmon marinated in orange and lemon juice and I'm going to try that famous cauliflower crust pizza. Also going to try some frozen Popsicles and frozen yogurt pops w blueberries. Going to try and make pb "cream". Tomorrow will be fun, if anything at least I'm cooking. I liked the quinoa parfaits and flank steak and eggs frittata cups I made last week. Off to do the dirty thirty. 19 days left ;)

Suzy, I think the veggies (green) r a cup, the carbs (yellow) 1/2 and (purple) fruit a cup, (red) protein a 3/4 and the orange and blue r about a 1/4. Don't quote me but this is average I used a measuring cup then put it in containers and roughly this is what I came up w. Have fun!!!

Warren, I just got wheat germ, whole wheat flour and carob chips and carob powder and apple butter plus some kale for my pig and they had Avo's 4 for 5.00.😆 oh and some raw honey. I was going to get pure maple syrup but I'm skipping that.

How did you like Wholefoods? I like it much but on the expensive side... But there's so much there you can only get it at Wholefoods.

Whole foods was ok. I ran in ran out. I got wheat bran not germ lol. Anyway I made apple bran muffins and avocado brownies. The brownies called for 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup. Ugh no way. I am not a baker!! Never have been!! My muffins said it'd fill 12 muffin cups. Mine filled like 18! And I think I put in way too much per cup and the batter wasn't gooey... Oh we will see. Lol.

Well the brownies r good to me. Hubby no likey. I used carob powder and dark chocolate chips. I don't have a sweet tooth so my pallet is ok for this type of brownie his not so much. The muffins are chewy. I put them in for longer. Idk like I said not a good baker. I'll eat them but want to make sure it's cooked all the way.
