Yeah! I found a 21 day "dirty 30" program included w my other DVDs and I just happen to have 20 days until vacation. Started yesterday, did it today now I have 19 days clean eating hard workouts. I know I've been consistent w the workouts but not all the way w the food. Forget the workouts it's the food that's going to get me results. This past week was excellent. I followed my plan and avoided late binges. I will not post I fell off the wagon for 20 days!!! I want to see cuts! I want this belly fat gone. It's almost gone but it's not... I do high knees in front of a mirror and it ain't pretty... 19 days... I got this.
