the weekend should be no excuse for me to pig out. it's just a regular day in the week. ughhhh i ate a lot at lily's bday party and i didn't work out at all that weekend. but it was nice to eat. i eat sooo fast though. like i realize i don't enjoy food. i just eat. and once i start it's like an adrenaline rush or something i have to keep eating cuz it's there.
but yeah i ran 2 miles before i stopped to walk today. then i walked and ran one more.
does working 8 hours count as activity for the day? i'm on my feet the whole time and lifting boxes and clothing, sooo i say it counts.
