Jogged a mile today. HR 175. Not great. Feel okay. Slept terribly. Stressed. BP 130's. Plan to continue current intake compliance, adding jogging up to the 5K if possible & still feeling ok, and at that time if I haven't dropped any weight, consider reducing goal calories. Cross bridge if we get there.
63,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
