I am really happy with the 1kg loss. I was expecting less, so I am pleasantly surprised. This also proves to me that the 5:2 or 4:3 adjustment as well as 16:8 actually works, as long as you still watch your calorie intake on cheat days. My next goal is to smash past the 62kg mark in two weeks. Couldn't help but have a workout this morning, I was too motivated not to.
