While I lost some weight trying to operate on a calorie deficit, my milk supply has dropped so low that I’m barely producing any breastmilk at this point. I think I may put my weight loss on hold, as it seems that my son has taken interest in nursing more frequently than eating from his bottle the past week or so and I want to be sure he is getting some milk
