Got my fast walking in 6 times this week. I'm pleased with that. Every time we go we go a little farther than the last. Hubby pushed me to go farther up the hill that I wanted to go. We usually go 5 posts farther each time. This time we went 10 more. The neat think is it took us 2 minutes less than last time. Must be getting in shape. Wonder how far we are going. I'm guessing 3 miles.
The candy is almost gone. I had one snack size kit kat yesterday after supper. And 1/2 of one after lunch today and the other half after supper.
Considering that I'm a binge eater. I'd say I did pretty good.
