I didn't work out this morning, I woke up flu-ish so I decided to have a rest day and get back to gym tomorrow. I did waist measurements this morning, coming in at 82cm which is a 10cm loss from October last year, this is motivating me to push harder. Weigh in tomorrow, I am hoping for at least 500 grams.
