I've continued to slip, if not free fall. no mysteries here, just good old fashioned overeating. hopefully I'm gaining some muscle, as I'm sore as can be every night. but I've got to stop eating so so so much. simple, just not easy.

Same here. Noncompliance doesn't work. I have plenty of muscle actually and am using it to shovel the wrong fuel into my mouth.

I’m in the same boat since I hit maintenance mode but am staying within 2 lbs of my preferred weight so I’m doing ok so far but I know I’m going to have to get back on track soon

Yes, that’s where I am at. Maybe it’s a summer thing? I also feel my muscles sore at various times during the week but gains are covered in a layer of fat ATM. :)
