Glad to have some buddies on here! I think that is so important to success. Having my hubby on board is going to help too. In the past he's always brought home more junk than ever when I'm on a diet. Has even ordered me a pop while I was in the restroom. I talked to him before I started the diet this time and explained that no matter how thin I get, I will always choose him, and though I know he likes me the way I am, I still want to feel pretty, as does every girl. I think I finally got through to him! It's been almost a whole week and he has not even tried to give me junk food. He has always been my walking buddy, and now we are speedwalking together. He got me off my rear the other day when I didn't want to go. Of course I felt better afterward.
Yesterday Hubby didn't feel well so I enlisted one of my teenage daughters to go with me. I've got two more, so I think I can always have a walking buddy! This is going to be good!
