I usually weigh in first thing after using the restroom but I completely forgot about it and then I just had a brownie with ice-cream and chocolate syrup on it I logged it as dairy queen product which is similar to what I had I'm now wishing I had not eaten it but next Tues is my birthday so I allowed it as my birthday treat and next week on my birthday I will try to not have anything like that .
