your stomach is fab. I need mine like this again! Thats my aim. Are you doing any sit ups at all? do not know where you find time for 2 hr walks with them long shifts. I also do long shifts. I did stop the nights though due to the weight gain

I do sets of high crunches, bicycle crunches and I finish it with a plank ( all takes around 5 minutes in total) and then I do separate 5 minute arm workout. I try to do it 3-4 times a week depending on what shifts I am working and how tired I am after those shifts and then I do a HIIT workout once or twice a week for 20 minutes.

Wow, Katiefs, you're slim enough. Your weight goal is very low. How tall are you. I am 5 feet, but my target was 114 lbs. ots now 107 lbs. But I am getting 66 years old. Exercise every day and work w day's a week. As a cleaner. Si very active. My downfall is an extremely sweet tooth 😋. Good luck with your weight loss journeys. Merry Mel 😍
