weighed myself this morning and already lost 1.5kg in 5days ! How u ask.... my hubby had a bad mountain bike accident in Saturday which he ended up in Middlesbrough hospital (70miles away) . He had surgery ( to plate and screw a broken femur ball bk to his hip) so I've been bk and forth to Middlesbrough for a few days but he came home yesterday so I'm now his carer for at least the rest of this week ! He is improving day by day but I'm constantly up and down the stairs to help him and do things for him . He's strong, fit n healthy and of course we now need to both eat right to help him recover . Plenty of protein and low carb meals . On the plus side this has given me what I need to get back on track with food .

Thanks everyone. I will need to take 2 weeks off work at least to help him , I've thought about going bk ti work next week but definitely too soon plus as u say I also need to look after myself and don't want to burn myself out or I will be no use to anyone. The patient is behaving and actually taking it easy but following physio routine x
