upping up my KCAL! (cabrs)
I've been on a Vegan diet for 2 weeks now!! getting 3300kcal a day the the was to gain 0.5 a pound which did not happen :( hehe the opposite I lost 2lb I guess it is due to the high fiber intake, anyways I am trying to gain some muscle so im increasing my calories to 3500kcal!!!
