I can gain 4 pounds in a day from one meal. LOL. But it also takes me forever to get it off. Losing weight should not be so hard!

one thing i have learned is that restriction makes everything so much harder. its hard to find some substitues for food but upping your protein is always a first good step!! Also your favorite meals can be “healthier” making pasta sauce with cottage cheese, grilled peppers, and tomatoes adds a lot of protein into something that may be “empty calories” Dont be so hard on yourself! Enjoy life!
