DuManchu's Logboek, 19 okt 09

I kinda went overboard on the food this weekend (shocker). I guess we never went out to eat, so that's a small victory for me I suppose. At least I was relatively active all weekend.

Didn't really gain much from all the pigging out anyway. Hopefully I can hit 176, and _maybe_ 175 before the week is over.

Starting the new challenge today, and I have to push myself three times this week. Should be interesting :)

Hurt my back playing Wii Sports Resort this weekend, didn't workout this morning, but plan on working out over lunch. Back feels much better now than it did when I woke up.
