Had a bad weekend with food ! Already put 2lb on and my holiday is Saturday...... must do better🤞🤞

So easy to put on, so hard to take off.

Yep , I have a run of good weeks and lose quite a bit , then treat myself which then becomes another🙈. I've really cut out on sugar and carbs and i ate a share bag minstrel pack ( easy done ) god the sugar crash was ridiculous I felt horrible for 2 days so that meant no exercise. However up at 5.30am today n did 6k on bike and 15 min weights x

I try to avoid share bags, family bags etc cause I know I will end up eating the lot then feel horrible like you say. That early morning workout session will clear the decks ready for a fresh go at it!

Omg 2lb is not bad it’s 2 lb of sugar u prob list loads gi enjoy that hol and do some walking u will come back list 4 ir 5 pounds
