Yesterday s visit to doctor was great…weight was up…no biggie..blood pressure was up..no biggie it always is when I go…we talked about cholesterol….which 4 months ago he was pushing statins..now…he’s changed….for me..he’s no longer worried about my cholesterol..as long as I workout..and he suggested a carnivore way of eating…he said try it for a month…see how it goes…I’m looking forward to it..I hated oatmeal…..but you learn to like it..when eggs and cheese are out limits…
The 5 women left yesterday…I wasn’t downstairs when they left…I look at it as out with the old..in with the new…less negativity from the kitchen now..plus the click has been broken up…and the tables of residents included in that click has also broken up….a good thing..that went to far…
Sun is coming up…41… here at 545am…having breakfast at a church get together this morning…have gone back to church after being away for 60 years…feel out of place..and having low vision…but everyone is making me feel welcomed..my girlfriend bought me a big print Joyce Meyer Bible that she was going to surprise me with..until I told her I had been looking on Amazon…and then she spilled the beans…an emotional time for sure…and I’ve noticed I’m more emotional now then I use to be…
