ok back to teh normal schedule. This means I need to remember to feed myself. See the thing is, between dogs, laundry, floors, making beds, weekly chores, dishes, homeschooling, disciplining, playing, excercising, blogging, being a wife, etc etc etc., I forget to feed myself. Then I snack a little through the day and then BAM I gorger myself at night after all have gone to bed. But NO MORE. I will eat throughout the day, count my calories, and not eat after 9:00 (unless I have more calories i need to eat, but lets face it that aint happening.) I like to eat five- six times a day instead of just three good sixe meals. I feel more satisfied.
