Good morning!! Still bouncing around 185-188. I eat very freely but stopped having my “oh I’m so stressed, let me have 2 glasses of wine”. This was almost every night and in turn I would not eat real food but snack on cheese, crackers yada yada. So now I’m making efforts to actually cook.
Menopause is kicking my ass. It’s time to explore HRT.
My honey is amazing. I just spent a long weekend w him in Houston and he has purchased tickets to Madonna and planned other things too. He is a keeper.
Lifting weights 3 days per week and just can’t get back to my 5 or 6 day routine due to these aches and fatigue. This too will get better and if not 3 days is going to have to cut it.
Oh and I’m building a brand new townhome for the kittie and myself. A lil 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage thingie. Super excited!!!
Life is good.
Work is still nuts but hey as long as that check keeps being deposit every two weeks I’m all in.
