im really curious- how long have you been growing out your hair!?
my hair was about your length back in 2019(my hair texture is more curly), when my youngest son had surgery on his stomach at 2 weeks old, i chopped it off to a bob, like it was a sacrifice so he could live.

Pic makes them look red! Currently im wearing Atoms brand shoes and retired my brooks lol. Theyve really helped my plantaar fascitis!
Hair: yes!!! I did too once a year(ish) when my hair was super long too! Right now its 2x a year, my hair is 4in past my shoulders now after a bob cut last year. For some reason, shorter hair seems to look unruly faster.

Kaylin- yes! I had a bob before we moved in 2020 after the big chop in 2019. Then as it grew it out, depression and undiagnosed trauma (emotional pain) had me freeform dread lock. Easy for my hair texture, my son is cursed with it too. 3 years later, when i did my first EMDR session, i started systematically brushing them out. My hair was uneven but to my waist. It was cut above my shoulders to even out curl pattern and shed dead ends! now im growing it out again! i love doing Victorian hairstyles and i need longer hair for some of them.
