Starting the HCG diet next week, i know 3 people who have done the diet and have had amazing results, me and 4 of my close friends/co workers are starting together so hopefully we can support one another. Dinner will be a challenge since i live with my fiance and our 2 1/2yr old, but i will make it work. what seems doable is the simplicity of the diet. Its 2 servings of meat, 2 serv of veg, two fruits and two melba toasts /day. I can do this!! One co worker of mine lost 45lbs in two cycles and another lost 55. A friend's sister did it over a year ago and has stayed withing 5 lbs since, im excited to lose weight! One of this girls in our group started this week, it wednesday today and since last friday she has lost 6 pounds! so excited!!

Dr. Oz did a show on the HCG diet. It definitely caught my interest! Seems like it has good results. But I hate going to see my dr, so I would never do it just because of that...haha. But good luck! I really hope it works for you :)

Yes i also saw the show on HCG, im not going through my physician, He is aware that im on the diet but i cannot get a rx for the injections, so instead im using a OTC form, i was a little weary so i bought it from a reputable retailer rather than some hcg website. Everyone i know has also bought the OTC product, the injections probably work much better since they are the purest form but i cannot afford them. You can buy the hcg drops from walmart.com or any vitamin store, you also need to take a b12 vitamin and mutli vitamin. If you can follow the diet plan you can do it. Im a little scared of the possible side effects of a restricted diet like hair loss and not menstrating but from what ive read online I gather that as long as you eat the *right foods and take your vitamins you will keep all your hair and ward off other side effects, i will be posting all my progress here so check back with me in 6 weeks!

you do know that the FDA says its fraudulent right??? please do a lot of research before jumping on this band wagon.. you have your health and family to think of too.
