Just had the results from bone scan density because of frequently breaking bones I have to increase my intake of diary products cheese etc and drink more milk I'll to try harder to lose (more exercise?)

Could I also recommend some 'Bone loading' exercise? I have low bone density due to a condition, but my physio gives me some bone loading exercises to help build myself back up. Don't just take my word for it, though, give it a google if you're interested x
