Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

A rainy day here this morning…but the days it’s not rainy…oh so nice for feb and march…to nice to sit inside…

Sipping ☕️ watching where the sun comes up…but so cloudy this morning…got window open..52 outside…high today…70….

As for food…well…I’m slipping…badly…it’s time to fast..or sew my lips shut…I have an ankle injury…so riding..walking is on hold…and resistance bands have dust on them…I’ve hit the wall….

Sun rise this morning bacteria all…time to move…

Ty everyone….dusted off the resistance bands….did some counter push ups..shot some pool…more like,,,walked around the table…lol..I play another guy that burned his eyes from welding…and he says his eyes are bad…but he’s a pool shark
