Thanks Larry! I injured my knee ligaments a while ago and I couldn't workout for a long time, that's how I gained all this weight, now I' trying to cut back my calorie in take to 1500/day, until my knee is healed enough to start hitting the gym again

Frustrating I'm sure. Getting injured is something that was out of your control. Good plan to cut back on cals until the knee is ready for action. Are you out of the brace and allowed to walk at least?

Yes, I am allowed to walk and move, but it gets soar everytime I put too much pressure on it, but It's healing now which great
