I had a full hysterectomy at 45 due to endometriosis so I understand the pain. It does get better but the side effects from menopause are different for all women. Just keep trying different things with allowing 4-6 weeks to see if it makes a difference. My provider just recently told me to try OMEGA 3 & Vitamin E supplements to see if that helps as I can not have any type of estrogen HRT. I do know weight lifting for me has helped me as I gained over 50#'s after my procedure.

My doc did recommend E and omegas. I know weightlifting helps. I used to lift 5 days a week. With two major surgeries 10 months apart it’s been rough. It’s just getting up and going that’s hindering me. I feel so lazy but in all reality I’m in pain. I still go 3 days a week so it’s better than nothing. I’ve made an appointment to see about HRT. I’ve got weights to lift and places to see. 😄

My GYN also told me about vitamin E and omega 3 for HRT. I'm going to try it.

Find the cause of the pain and look at all treatments especially over the counter, so happy you are getting your own place, I know the Florida rents are super high!!!
