@maria - yes all made myself. It is hard to make protein goals and keep within calories. I wouldn’t usually eat the yellows of the eggs but I was quite low of calories for the day 😊

Counting calories is hard for me… knowing how much of this or that I put in the food I’m preparing is daunting and very cumbersome… and then how much of it I actually am eating… that is al so confusing for me… maybe I there is an easier or better way… 🤷🏽♀️
