recalculated my calories because I realised I was in maintenance. What I thought was exercising 1 to 3 times per week is actually considered sedentary. so my calories were in check all along but walking 3000 steps a day and housework is low/sedentary which explains the scale and measurements not moving down.
90,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 15,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
