They had my favorite probiotic coconut yogurt at the market! Two spoons a day for gut health. Had a sweet tooth for breakfast so did a blueberry protein waffle with cottage cheese, blueberries and a drizzle of pure maple, so good!!

Wow, that’s a great breakfast! I’ve also been adding a bit of fermented foods here and there. Started to stir a bit of kefir into my breakfast bowl along with the usual Greek yogurt. Kefir apparently has many more live cultures than yogurt.
