New Year, new goals. Wanna drop to 210 by March and 200 my May (birthday month). Will attempt to do a ZigZag diet to keep the body guessing. Also will gradually increase the miles I walk from 2 to 3 starting this month and increasing a mile every month until i hit 6 miles comfortably. Also I would love to have my protein intake between 100-130g a day to complement the small weight lifting routine I am incorporating to change it up a bit.
This is gonna take my commitment to get the body I want to the next level, it’s gonna require an insane amount of discipline from my part but I hope that through sheer determination, this app, family and friends I will be able to achieve my goals of a healthy weight (for my age/height) and just an overall better way of life.
