I can't believe how easy it was to go so drastically over on my calories. I am hungry, for the wrong foods no less. And I don't want to exercise for fear it will interfere with work tonight. I feel kind of tired, but also feel if I sleep more I'll probably get such to my stomach. it's all a mess, and I wish I were constantly motivated.
68,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
