I am back to the app. Why it is important for me to loose weight: 1. It will be easier to bend forward 2. More enjoyable to do physical things - yoga, biking, Pilates, walking, chi gong 3. Will be able to walk faster and do more hiking 4. Better blood circulation in my body, especially legs 5. Less discomfort and pain in my body 6. More appealing body image 7. Can play more with grandkids 8. Feel more in control of food intake
