I don’t do moderation, unfortunately. Not with food, at least.
After a week in Saint Augustine with husband, stepdaughter, son-in-law, and grandson, I’m not weighing in until next week. More significant was the reprieve I took when my husband brought home the bourbon balls he had made for work. People did not eat them since they were on a diet… So I did them in.
Today is a new day.
