hi everyone! been in a blah mood lately, and just haven't really wanted to type anything. my weight's not going up or down. i think i've officially reached a plateau. exercise is in the near future!

Maybe you could try a Wendie Plan style cycling plan where you vary the points each day to shake up your metabolism?

it's funny u say that, erika! yesterday i went over my points a little bit and saw a difference on the scale this morning. i'll officially weigh in on my 14th day...unless i see something amazing monday morning. lol!
