Was fasting yesterday…however I started eating pretzels…guess I needed the salt…it happens…
Todays a new day…
Played several games of pool yesterday…definitely challenging with macular degeneration…but did my best…I use to enjoy playing…but …like so many things we learn,..it fell to the way side…walked 2/4 mile just around the table taking shots…lol
Another short night of sleep…almost 5am…been up since 230am…enough to get by on…starting to think I don’t need 8 hours….but …I kno better…
☕️ #2…might be what keeps the wheels turning today…along with moving the body…keep the endorphin level high for natural high and energy…
