Now I kno why my days seem to disappear…had my steps in by 1pm…and really wasn’t pushing that hard…even took an hour off for some sun time…gotta get that while I can…last 1/2 mile was spent in room…just doing things..not paying attention….
Sippin first ☕️…watching sun and sky wake up….
One of nurses told me about podcast with dr burg…so added his podcast…deleted others I have lost interest in…
My goal in steps is 10 miles…might not do it every day…but a challenging task….beats sitting in front of a tv….with no reward….
2 nd ☕️….setting intentions for my day….my goals…challenge my body…already got a start on first 100 counter push ups….sitting with heating pad on knees….just another day…
Have a fantastic positive day…make it happen….
