My weight stalled in August. I continued with dumbbell HIIT workouts and started making protein a priority, especially for breakfast. The result? 2kg have dropped off. A few centimetres gone. Feeling excellent! I eat a balanced diet, work hard at improving my macros.
101,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 21,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
