this is so demoralizing. wrong direction. starts the day off with disappointment and failure 😔

Siegels, my weight fluctuates up & down that much from day to day even when I stay on plan. This morning I'm up a pound for no apparent reason. I don't let it concern me unless I've been eating over my daily allowance. 💚💛💜

Don't be discouraged. 0.2lbs is a half full bladder. Really nothing to worry about!

Yep. Fluid moving in and out of cells. Just a temporary blip on the radar screen. Your body retaining water or stool or salt. You've got this. You are never completely out of control like many of us are. You set a good example for me.

A 0.2 lb increase is far from demoralizing. It's probably just retained fluid.
