Wed. Aug. 3 - 5 min 3mph eliptical...sucks totally out of breath and weak in the knees - hard to not fall down the stairs
Thurs Aug 4 - sore on top thighs...but not terrible
Fri Aug 5- So So sore on top thighs...hardly can get down stairs (really really hurts)
Sat Aug 6- not so sore today 5 min 4mph...not to difficult, but still out of breath in the end...improvement
Sun Aug 7 - no real pain!
Thurs Aug 10 - 5min on eliptical 4 mph, but maybe 20 sec at 6mph! Couldn't keep that up though, had to go lower. Another at the end of training 5 min 4 mph - got it up to 5 for a bit...hard to breath, and a small cramp in right side so I finished. Did not catch my breath for another hr.
Fri. Aug 11 - tired muscles, but no pain!
