The freezing part I’m going to test too, great idea since chopping and fixing lil bitty ingredients every day is annoying. I also like the larger pan for home made egg sandwiches!!!

Hmmm..maybe I'll check that out. Looking to prep a bunch of food next week so Joe can just heat things up after my surgery and we can still have nice meals.

The muffin pan works too which I do not own 🤣 I like the idea of not heating up my oven. This is 1 out of my 4 kitchen appliances; egg bite maker , air fryer, coffee and waffle makers.

I reheated one of the patty sized ones that I had frozen. It wasn’t bad but if you are to freeze and reheat a good tip is to be sure you cook em a lil on the “dryer” side to avoid sogginess,
