feeling absolutely dog shit , no idea what's wrong with me aching all over , chills n night sweats no appetite ( not covid did 2 tests) thinking may be start of pre menopause but hope not 😱 womans problems all normal . maybe a vial in fiction, who knows!! I have 2 days off work now so fingers crossed I will start to recover. on the plus side my weight might drop cos I've been well under calories especially today . Only thing I can really stomach is berries!

Thanks for the well wishes .If I'm not right by Monday I will get a appointment with my GP . If its a virus it should subside by tomorrow or Saturday 🤞

Feeling a little better slept 12 hours which is not like me , upped my vitamin intake so im hoping that will help too ,aching not as bad , fingers crossed it was a virus and I'm recovering x
