I've had a stomach bug these last two days. I couldn't go to the gym yesterday and it was leg day. If I'm not better tomorrow then that's another gym day I'll miss which is frustrating, but what can I do. I know I really need to getter better at eating more fruits and vegetables. I'm going to work on that.

Make sure to get in some foods or drinks with probiotics to make up for your stomach bug it'll help you recover. I know the stomach bugs really take it out of my digestive system and doing this helps me get back on track quicker. Hope your feeling your best soon.

Thank you all. Luckily I wasn't vomiting, it was coming out the other end and very bad stomach cramps. I've been able to stay hydrated and eat. I'm hoping I'm better today. I'd like to go to the gym if I'm better today, but I have to make sure I'm better. Of course, my husband says I don't need to go, but if I'm better I'd like to. We'll see what happens.

Thank you all. I started feeling better yesterday afternoon and I hit my son's weights. Lol. Of course I felt weaker than usual, but today I felt like normal in the gym today
