Really not doing well this week. My sugar cravings got the best of me. I have decided to increase my calories slightly and allow for more carbs. My blood sugar seems to be pretty stable at the moment. Maybe this will satisfy the urge to binge. The thing I seem to be craving the most right now is real bread! Of course the easy thing to grab is my old nemesis cookies! I bought the atkins caramel nut bars as these are similar to candy bars for me too. I've been trying to avoid them this time, but I think I need to include a few things that trick my mind into thinking I got what I wanted.
