Very happy to be back in the 120s for the past two weeks. I had to modify/lessen my workouts, because I tore my rotator cuff..and also have a SLAP tear..7 months ago. The rotator cuff is a litter better after chiropractic care and PT, but I still have to be careful. I've watched my food closely, and am back to the Total Gym, kettle bell and some kickboxing. I missed the endorphins!!!
